• Not fully satisfied: Because the paper VAS is a printed material that can't be resold, we don't offer routine returns — but your satisfaction matters to us. Reach out within 30 days and we'll help you get the most from it (setup guidance, usage tips, or a replacement). Refunds are considered case by case.
